My Vlog

It's firoz chuttipara here...

I was born in Elappully village in Palakkad, Kerala. I have worked as a welder in Saudi Arabia from 2007 to 2012. After returning home in 2012, I did not feel like going back. Then I started a photostat shop in my hometown. In 2018, a YouTube channel called Craft Media was launched when the revenue from the shop was not enough, later started doing cooking videos on it. Months later, the Craft Media channel was renamed the Village Food Channel. I have also started another YouTube channel called Travel Master exclusively for personal videos. I was fortunate to win the award of best food vlogger in 24 News Social Media Awards 2021, the leading news channel in Malayalam.

Today we roasted a whole Camel in a village of Dubai. First of all we dug a large deep rectangular tandoor pit and build the pit with bricks and make arrangements needed for roasting the whole Camel. We marinate the whole Camel with spicy arabian masalas and kept it to rest. And prepare the tandoor pit for roasting the Camel with charcoal fire. Then place the Marinated Camel inside the pit and close the tandoor for 12 hours... Finally the Roasted Camel tasted yummy and awesome with Arabian mandi rice.. Today in our village we cook the original Arabian kuzhi mandhi recipe. by our own village style. First of we dig a big deep pit , and make all arrangements needed for cooking kuzhi mandhi. and then we marinate the chicken with masalas and we make the rice preparation then we place the preparation inside the pit...steam the preparation with already made steam fire.
